These Ambassador Program Terms (the Ambassador Terms) govern participation in the CandidAI Ambassador Program (the Program). They supplement the CandidAI Terms of Service. If there is a conflict concerning the Program, these Ambassador Terms apply.

The Program is open worldwide to individuals aged 16 or older and, subject to approval, organisations and other legal entities. An individual aged 16 or 17 must have the permission of a parent or legal guardian. The guardian may be required to approve these Ambassador Terms, provide payment details or complete other legally necessary steps.
You do not need an existing CandidAI account to apply. Applications are reviewed manually. CandidAI may accept or reject an application at its discretion and is not required to provide a reason. Participation begins only when CandidAI confirms approval and activates the ambassador's referral link or dashboard after acceptance of the current Ambassador Terms.
Approval is ongoing while the ambassador remains eligible and compliant. An ambassador becomes inactive after six consecutive months without qualifying activity. CandidAI may reactivate an inactive ambassador, but the ambassador restarts at the first commission tier. Valid unpaid balances and commissions already earned remain recorded, subject to these Ambassador Terms.
Ambassadors participate independently. Nothing in the Program creates employment, agency, partnership, joint venture, franchise, fiduciary relationship or authority to represent or bind CandidAI. Ambassadors may not state or imply that they are employees, agents or official representatives of CandidAI.
Ambassadors decide how and when to carry out permitted activities and bear their own costs, taxes, insurance, equipment and other expenses, except for benefits or materials expressly offered by CandidAI.
Approved ambassadors receive a personal link and/or QR code. A referral is attributed when a purchaser reaches CandidAI through that link or QR code and completes an eligible purchase within 30 days. Attribution uses the most recent valid ambassador link clicked by the purchaser (last-click attribution).
An expired attribution window does not qualify, even if the purchaser registered during that window. Purchasers who had already registered before using the referral link are not eligible. CandidAI does not normally make manual attribution adjustments for blocked cookies, changed devices, omitted links or other missing tracking, except where CandidAI identifies a clear technical error.
CandidAI may correct duplicate, erroneous, manipulated or fraudulent attribution. Self-referrals and purchases by relatives are not automatically prohibited, but they must be genuine, independently paid purchases and remain subject to fraud and abuse review.
A qualifying purchase is a completed, paid and valid purchase attributed under Section 4 that remains in good standing for 14 days. Both CandidAI plans and credit packages may qualify. Free or fully discounted transactions do not qualify.
The first purchase by an attributed customer earns the normal progressive commission rate applicable at that time. Each later purchase by the same customer:
For example, a later purchase falling within the 10% tier earns a 5% commission.
Commission is calculated on the amount actually paid, excluding VAT and other taxes, discounts, refunds, chargebacks, promotional value and payment amounts later reversed. A partial refund proportionally reduces the commission. A refunded, cancelled or charged-back purchase is removed from tier and milestone progress. If the related commission has already been paid, CandidAI may deduct it from a future balance or request repayment where no future balance is available.
Qualifying purchases are counted progressively across the ambassador's active participation:
Each tier applies only to purchases within its range; reaching a higher tier does not retroactively increase earlier commissions. Progress does not periodically reset while the ambassador remains active and eligible. After inactivity and reactivation, tier progress restarts from purchase one.
The ambassador dashboard may show clicks, signups, purchases, estimated commission and reward progress. Figures awaiting the 14-day validation period, refund processing, fraud review or payment reconciliation are provisional. CandidAI's verified transaction records control if dashboard data contains a delay or error.
Ambassadors must notify CandidAI promptly of a suspected tracking or payment error. CandidAI may request reasonable evidence and investigate before making an adjustment.
The minimum cash payout balance is €50. Valid balances below the threshold roll over without expiry while the ambassador account remains valid and the balance is legally payable.
Cash payouts are processed monthly, normally within 30 days after the end of the applicable month, by SEPA bank transfer or PayPal. Payouts are normally denominated in euros. CandidAI may, at its discretion and following a prior request, approve another currency. CandidAI bears ordinary payout fees charged to the sender; intermediary, recipient-bank or currency-conversion charges outside CandidAI's control may reduce the amount received.
Before payment, CandidAI may require the recipient's legal name, address, IBAN or PayPal details, tax information and reasonable identity or authority documentation. Payment may be withheld until requested verification is completed. CandidAI does not ordinarily require an invoice or receipt as a Program condition, but may request documentation when required by applicable law.
An ambassador may choose to convert at least €10 of valid commission into CandidAI credits at the standard value of €10 for 1,000 credits. CandidAI adds a 10% conversion bonus; therefore €10 of commission currently converts to 1,100 credits.
Conversion is final, cannot be reversed, transferred or redeemed for cash, and may be requested below the €50 cash payout threshold. Converted credits are governed by the CandidAI Terms of Service and expire six months after the account's most recent credit use. Promotional and bonus credits are not refundable.
An approved ambassador becomes eligible for the Pro plan benefit after the ambassador's first qualifying activity. The benefit grants the standard one-time Pro plan entitlement, including its 1,000 credits, without recurring billing or a fixed expiry.
To keep the benefit active, the ambassador must produce at least one qualifying purchase during each three-month activity period. If this requirement is not met, CandidAI may suspend the benefit. It may be restored following a new qualifying purchase, but the original 1,000-credit grant is not repeated solely because of reactivation.
If the ambassador already has Pro or Ultra, the benefit renews the corresponding entitlement without downgrading an Ultra plan or removing superior features. The exact account adjustment may be implemented as an extension, equivalent renewal or another treatment that preserves the ambassador's existing higher entitlement.
Subject to approval and availability, an ambassador may request one initial Ambassador Kit. The included materials are provided without a separate product charge, while shipping, customs duties, import taxes and similar destination charges are paid by the ambassador. CandidAI confirms availability, shipping price and the estimated dispatch window before the ambassador orders. Shipping must be paid before dispatch and is not cancellable or refundable after the order is confirmed, except where mandatory law requires otherwise.
CandidAI may replace unavailable items with reasonably equivalent materials. If a package is lost or damaged due to CandidAI or the carrier selected by CandidAI, CandidAI will provide an appropriate replacement or remedy. The ambassador bears additional costs caused by an incorrect address, refusal, failure to collect, customs non-compliance or another circumstance attributable to the ambassador.
The ambassador owns physical materials delivered to them and is not required to return or destroy unused items after leaving the Program. However, they must stop distributing or displaying materials that contain an inactive referral link, outdated mandatory information, unlawful content or content CandidAI has instructed them to stop using for a legitimate reason.
The ambassador is solely responsible for obtaining permission from the owner, organiser, institution or competent authority before displaying or distributing materials. Materials must not be placed where posting is prohibited or in a way that amounts to vandalism, creates a hazard, damages property, targets an individual or interferes with public services.
Removable materials must be used as intended and removed when requested. Irony and criticism of the job market are permitted; personal attacks, harassment, discrimination and deceptive conduct are not.
Valid qualifying purchases may unlock the rewards displayed on the Program page. Milestones use rolling measurement windows and may be earned repeatedly, subject to these cooldowns:
The same qualifying purchase may contribute to different milestone levels. Purchases by the same genuine customer may count. Refunded, reversed or fraudulent purchases do not count.
Rewards are subject to validation and reasonable availability. CandidAI may substitute an unavailable physical reward with an item or CandidAI credit of reasonably comparable value. Shipping, customs duties and import taxes for milestone rewards are borne by the ambassador.
The Level 2 credit reward follows the normal credit-expiry rules. The Level 3 Ultra plan is the standard one-time plan entitlement, has no fixed expiry and includes its normal credits. A Level 3 CV/LinkedIn review must be booked within 15 days after CandidAI confirms the validated milestone, unless CandidAI grants an extension.
The leaderboard is global and runs in two calendar semesters: January 1–June 30 and July 1–December 31. Ranking is based first on net qualifying revenue, then, in a tie, on the number of qualifying purchases, and finally on who reached the final result first.
After validation, each of the top three eligible ambassadors receives a bonus equal to 20% of the commission they earned during the entire six-month semester. For example, €500 of validated semester commission produces a €100 bonus, for a total of €600. The bonus is retroactive to that semester and does not change the ambassador's underlying tier rates.
Reference letters and badges require genuine, verifiable and compliant participation. Public display of an ambassador's name, badge or recognition requires consent. CandidAI may withdraw a title, badge, reference or related benefit obtained through fraud or serious misconduct.
Ambassadors may use official Program materials and may propose their own content. Custom materials, paid advertising, incentives, cashback, brand-search campaigns, social accounts or domain names containing or targeting CandidAI require CandidAI's prior written approval.
Permission to use CandidAI's name, logo and Program materials is limited, non-exclusive, revocable, non-transferable and valid only for approved Program activity. Ambassadors may not alter the brand in a misleading manner, register confusing rights, make unverifiable claims about response rates, interviews or employment outcomes, or imply guaranteed results.
Ambassadors must clearly disclose their relationship with CandidAI and the possibility of earning commission whenever required by applicable law or platform rules, using an immediately visible and understandable disclosure. Platform disclosure tools do not replace any additional disclosure required by law.
Ambassadors must not engage in fraud, false attribution, cookie stuffing, automated clicks, misleading redirects, spam, harassment, impersonation, bidding or advertising without required approval, unlawful data collection, infringement, vandalism, prohibited posting, manipulation of refunds or chargebacks, or any activity that may harm CandidAI, customers, recipients or the public.
Ambassadors may not make commitments on behalf of CandidAI, provide unauthorised discounts, misrepresent pricing or terms, or use the Program for unlawful, discriminatory or deceptive promotion.
An ambassador may leave the Program at any time by emailing hello@candidai.tech. CandidAI may terminate participation without cause on 15 days' notice, or immediately for fraud, spam, vandalism, unlawful conduct, brand misuse, security risk or another serious breach.
On termination, the personal referral link and QR code may be disabled and all use of CandidAI branding must cease. Valid commissions earned before termination remain payable if the ambassador is otherwise compliant. Purchases still in the validation period are paid if they later qualify. Fraudulent or connected commissions and rewards may be cancelled, recovered or deducted.
Ambassador dashboard data is deleted or irreversibly anonymised within 12 months after termination, except for payment, tax, antifraud, contractual and dispute records retained for the minimum legally required period.
Ambassadors are independently responsible for declaring Program income and paying applicable taxes, social-security contributions, duties and other charges. CandidAI does not provide tax advice. Organisations confirm that the person accepting these Ambassador Terms has authority to act for them.
CandidAI may collect and retain the minimum identity, payment and tax information required to administer payouts and meet legal obligations. Refused applications are normally retained for no more than six months. Limited antifraud records may be kept longer where reasonably necessary and lawful. Shipping contact details and clothing sizes are retained through fulfilment and for no more than 12 months afterward, unless needed for a claim or legal obligation. CandidAI may change rewards, availability, future commission rates and Program rules. Material changes will normally be notified at least 15 days in advance, unless an earlier change is required for law, security or fraud prevention. A reduction in commission rates applies only to purchases made after the change takes effect and does not reduce valid commission already earned.
Physical rewards and kits remain subject to availability. CandidAI may close the Program on 15 days' notice while preserving valid earned balances, subject to fraud review and applicable law.
Nothing in these Ambassador Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, CandidAI is not responsible for indirect or unforeseeable loss, lost audience, lost opportunity, platform action, tax consequences or costs independently incurred by an ambassador. For claims that may lawfully be limited, CandidAI's aggregate liability is limited to the valid commission paid or payable to the ambassador during the six months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
These Ambassador Terms are governed by Italian law, without removing mandatory rights or jurisdiction that applicable law grants to an ambassador. Questions, notices, payout requests, complaints and termination requests must be sent to hello@candidai.tech.
If any provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply. Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. An ambassador may not transfer participation, a referral link, commission or Program rights without CandidAI's written consent.
